RapidEye works with the software you already run.
You should not have to change how your team works to get automated damage and condition detection. RapidEye reads the photos your field staff already capture, slots into the platforms you already pay for in vacation rentals, hotels, long-term rentals, restaurants, retail, venues, senior living, facilities, construction, and fleets, and pushes what it finds to where your team already looks. Below: the full directory by industry, then how each RapidEye channel behaves.
Works with the software you already run
The platforms operators in each industry run, grouped by where the condition evidence lives. Ops and inspection layers are where the photos live; systems of record supply the roster and the schedule. Open any one for what RapidEye reads from it, when it runs, and what comes back.
Run your turnovers in an ops platform that is not listed? The ops-software row below covers how RapidEye reads from any task-based workflow.

Your PMS or ops software Turnover ops
Most RapidEye customers run their turnovers in a PMS or a dedicated ops tool, so RapidEye is built to sit on top of that workflow rather than replace it. Your cleaners keep documenting turns exactly as they do today; RapidEye reads those same photos and flags the damage.
- Works from the turnover photos your team already captures
- No change to how cleaners are assigned, scheduled, or documented
- Damage is compared against a per-property baseline, room by room
damage / cleaning / missing item), severity (minor / moderate / major), baseline image next to the new image, timestamp tied to the turnover, suggested next step.Slack Alerts
When RapidEye flags a turn, the people who need to act on it should hear about it without logging into another dashboard. Flagged turns are delivered to the Slack channel your operations team already lives in.
- Flagged turns pushed to the channel you choose
- The damage evidence travels with the alert, so the next step is one tap
- Prefer email? The same alerts can go to an inbox instead
Chrome extension Upload
The RapidEye Chrome extension is the fastest way to get photos into RapidEye from whatever tab you are already in. No export step, no switching apps, one click from the turnover you are looking at.
- Send turnover photos to RapidEye in one click from any open tab
- Built to sit alongside the tools you review turns in
- Free to install from the Chrome Web Store

Boom PMS
Boom is an AI-native property management system for short-term rentals. RapidEye works with Boom so the turnover documentation flowing through your PMS turns into inspection intelligence, without adding another system for your team to manage.
- Works with the turnovers you already manage in Boom
- One less tool for your team to log into
Inspection API Early access
For anything not listed. The Inspection API accepts turnover photos and walkthrough video from any system (your PMS, an internal tool, an AI assistant) and returns findings in the same format as every integration on this page. It is in early access; the fastest way in is a short call with the team.
What every integration returns
The input differs by platform; the output does not. Whichever way photos or video reach RapidEye, a finding carries the same fields, so a Slack alert from an ops-software turnover and an API response for a Boom turnover read the same way and route the same way.
- Property and roomWhich unit and which space, matched to that room's own baseline.
- SpotWhere in the room, in plain language ("left nightstand", "shower glass"), so a runner can find it without opening anything.
- Category
damage, cleaning, ormissing item. Category decides the route: claim file, re-clean, or restock. - Severity
minor, moderate, ormajor. Major findings surface first and can be routed to a manager before check-in. - Evidence pairThe baseline view of the same spot next to the new image, so "new versus already there" is answered before a human opens it.
- TimestampTied to the turnover, so the finding sits between two reservations. For walkthrough video, the second in the video where the evidence is.
- Suggested next stepA proposed action: re-clean, restock, hold for claim review, create a maintenance task.
- Review decisionAccepted or rejected, by whom, when. Recorded against the property.
Integration FAQ
Does RapidEye change anything inside your ops software?
No. RapidEye reads the photos attached to completed tasks in your ops software and returns findings in its own dashboard and in Slack or email. It does not modify tasks, assignments, checklists, or schedules in your ops software, and cleaners keep working in it exactly as they do today.
Do cleaners need to install or learn a new app?
No. Every integration reads photos from where cleaners already put them (tasks in your ops software, Boom turnovers, or the tab a reviewer already has open via the Chrome extension). The only workflow change most operators make is tightening the photo standard: a fixed set of angles per room, taken in good light.
What does a RapidEye finding contain?
Every finding, from every integration, carries the same fields: the property and room, the spot within the room, a category (damage, cleaning, or missing item), a severity (minor, moderate, or major), the baseline image next to the new image, a timestamp tied to the turnover, a suggested next step, and the human review decision once someone accepts or rejects it.
How long after a turnover do findings arrive?
About an hour after the task's photos finish uploading, which for most turnovers means before the next check-in. Findings appear in the RapidEye dashboard and, if configured, in the Slack channel or inbox the operations team chooses.
What happens when RapidEye is first connected to a platform?
It reviews the property's existing photo history to establish a per-property, per-room baseline, and it can surface findings from that history immediately. In RapidEye's trial with a 500-plus unit operator, reviewing 1.5 million existing turnover photos surfaced an average of four previously missed damages per property before any live turnover ran.
My platform is not listed. Can RapidEye still read my photos?
Yes, three ways: the Chrome extension sends photos from any open tab; the Inspection API (early access) accepts photos and video from any system; and new platform integrations are built based on what operators run. Tell us your PMS and ops stack and we will say how it fits.
Don't see your tool?
Tell us what you run, your PMS, your channels, your ops stack, and we'll tell you how RapidEye fits. New integrations are driven by what operators actually ask for.
