AI condition review for Nuvolo
Read the photos your technicians attach to work orders, checklists and Work Round stops in Nuvolo, and get back the condition of each asset and space rather than another completed checklist.
How a Nuvolo Work Round is builtOverview
A completed checklist in Nuvolo records the answers a technician gave; the photos attached to it are the only record of what was in front of them. Nuvolo Connected Workplace ties every work order to an asset, a space and a site, and its mobile app lets a technician answer checklists, walk a Work Round stop by stop and attach evidence in the field, online or off. That leaves a growing library of images filed against exactly the right asset, and no realistic way to look through it. RapidEye reads that library, compares each asset and space against how it looked on earlier visits, and returns one finding per issue.
How it works with Nuvolo
Nuvolo organises field work into work orders, checklists and Work Rounds, all pointed at an asset and a space, so the checks follow those objects rather than a folder of loose photos.
- Work orders on an asset. Two visits to the same air handler, six months apart, are two sets of photos nobody puts side by side. RapidEye does, and reports what changed between them: staining under a coil, a missing panel screw line, insulation that has started to shed.
- Checklist attachments. Comments and attachments on a failed response tell the next person what the technician saw. RapidEye reads those attachments as evidence and also reads the photos on the questions that passed, which is where the surprises are.
- Work Rounds. A round is a sequence of stops through a site. Read as a set, its photos describe a whole floor on one date, which is what makes a corridor, a plant room and a stairwell comparable to the same spaces last month.
- Asset audits and field data. When a team is out verifying asset and facility data, the photos they take double as a condition record. RapidEye returns the ones showing damage, wear, missing parts, housekeeping or a safety issue.
- Spaces, not just equipment. Patient rooms, labs, classrooms, store floors and back-of-house are all spaces in Nuvolo, and they degrade in ways no asset record tracks. Any photo taken in them is enough to start a baseline.
Each finding names the site, the space, the asset, the kind of issue, how serious it is, the photos with their dates, and a suggested next step. It lands in the RapidEye dashboard, and in a Slack channel or an inbox for the facilities team if you want it there. Your team decides whether it becomes work in Nuvolo. If your technicians shoot video walkthroughs, or you hold 3D scans of a site, or you inspect to a standard of your own, that is something we set up with you rather than a reason this does not fit.
How to connect Nuvolo to RapidEye
- Name the sites in scope. Work orders, checklists and Work Rounds can each be included or left out, and sites can be added one building at a time rather than across the whole instance at once.
- Point us at the photos. Your technicians keep attaching them in the Nuvolo mobile app exactly as they do today, including offline. Where a site documents work somewhere else, RapidEye sends a capture link that opens on any phone, no app to install, with a fixed set of angles per space.
- Give RapidEye access. Your Nuvolo administrator adds RapidEye as a user on the instance, scoped to the sites in question. We accept the invite and email you when the first findings are ready.
How a Nuvolo Work Round is built, and what it leaves behind
Checked against Nuvolo's product, release and app documentation, September 2026.
Nuvolo Connected Workplace is an integrated workplace management system built natively on ServiceNow, with real estate, space, capital planning and asset data in one place, and Asset and Maintenance broken into planning and scheduling, work management, asset management, inventory, and purchasing and receiving. According to Nuvolo's own product and release documentation (nuvolo.com), Work Rounds replace long lists of individual tasks with a sequenced set of stops that the mobile app walks a technician through asset by asset, and round stops are grouped by project, site, floor and asset type. A round therefore produces something unusual: a dated visual sweep of a floor, already sorted the way a facilities manager thinks about it.

Nuvolo has kept extending this: checklists answerable offline with no network, attachments viewable and addable in that state, barcode scanning to start a round, and bulk closure of work orders for service managers with a summary log for audit.
Can Nuvolo attach photos to a work order?
Yes, and offline too. Nuvolo's own material describes technicians attaching photos and signatures for documentation, adding comments and attachments to failed checklist responses from either mobile or a desktop browser, and viewing or adding attachments in an offline no-network mode that syncs when the connection returns. Its Asset Audit tooling is built for collecting, verifying and reporting on asset and facility data while in the field. The capture side is thoroughly covered, and in regulated environments, where a compliance checklist has to be answered before a job can be closed, it is covered by policy as well as by product.
The part no facilities system is built to do, Nuvolo included, is look at the resulting pictures. Attachments are stored, not read. In a hospital or a campus or a chain of stores, that can easily run to thousands of images a month, correctly filed against assets and spaces, and a manager who can open perhaps a dozen of them. RapidEye reads all of them on one standard and hands back the short list, which is a job for a different kind of system sitting beside the one that holds the record.
Nuvolo integration FAQ
Does RapidEye integrate with Nuvolo?
Yes. RapidEye reads the photos and attachments your technicians add to work orders, checklists and Work Round stops in Nuvolo, along with the asset, space, site and floor each one is filed against, and returns a finding per issue with the images behind it. Work orders, assets, checklists and schedules in Nuvolo are not changed.
Can Nuvolo attach photos to a work order?
Yes, and offline too. Nuvolo's own material describes technicians attaching photos and signatures for documentation, adding comments and attachments to failed checklist responses from mobile or a desktop browser, and viewing or adding attachments in an offline no-network mode that syncs later. RapidEye reads those images.
What does RapidEye add to a Nuvolo Work Round?
A second opinion on every stop, not just the failed ones. A round records the answers a technician gave, asset by asset. RapidEye reads the photos taken at each stop against how that asset and space looked on earlier rounds, so a slow change nobody would fail a checklist question over still surfaces.
Will RapidEye change work orders or asset records in Nuvolo?
No. Nuvolo stays the system of record for work orders, assets, spaces, checklists and schedules. RapidEye reads the photos and reports back; your team decides whether a finding becomes work in Nuvolo.
Does this suit a regulated environment like a hospital or a lab?
It suits any environment where the person closing the work is not the person who cares most about the result. In regulated settings the evidence already exists, because the compliance checklist requires it. RapidEye reads that evidence rather than asking anyone to capture more of it, and every finding points back to the photo it came from.
