AI turnover inspection for Turnify

RapidEye reads the property, the job dates and the photos your cleaners take on Turnify jobs, and returns a finding for every job that closes on the checklist.

What a Turnify job covers

Overview

Turnify's job is a scheduling and accountability record: it says who was sent, when, and which checklist they worked. It does not say what the property looked like when they left. Turnify assigns cleaning and maintenance jobs from the property's availability, keeps that schedule in step with guest bookings through calendar sync, hands the crew checklists written for rental properties, and gives you staff management and problem reporting on top. That is a well-shaped turnover: the job exists, the crew is assigned, the list gets worked, the job closes. The condition of the unit is still whatever the person on site chose to report. RapidEye reads the photos from those jobs, along with the property and the dates, and returns one finding per problem: new damage, a clean that was not done, an item that has gone missing, with the earlier photo of the same spot beside it.

Remote hosts get a second lookTurnify is built for hosts running properties from anywhere. Reading the photos is what makes that distance survivable.
Every job, not the complained-about onesAuto job scheduling means a job per turnover. Every one of them gets read, on every property.
Evidence a vendor conversation can rest onFindings are tied to the property, the dates and the assignment, so a charge or a callback is not one person's word.

How it works with Turnify

Turnify builds the turnover out of five moving parts, and each one is a place where something either gets photographed or gets missed. RapidEye attaches to that shape rather than replacing it. These are examples rather than edges: RapidEye reads whatever documentation your team already produces and reports against whatever standard you set, so a use case that is not listed here is worth asking about rather than ruling out.

  • The job created from availability. Auto job scheduling puts a cleaning or maintenance job on the property based on its availability and requirements, and calendar sync keeps that in step with guest bookings. That is what tells RapidEye which property a set of photos belongs to and which stay it sits between, so a scratch is attributed to the guest who was actually there.
  • The checklist the cleaner works. Turnify's checklists are written for rental properties and walk the crew through every essential task. RapidEye does not read the ticks; it reads the photo of the thing each tick refers to. Bathroom ticked, with a photo showing hair still in the drain and one towel where the property keeps four, is a cleaning finding and a missing-item finding on the same job.
  • The photos taken during the job. These are the record of the state the unit was in. RapidEye compares them to the last known state of the same spot, room by room, so what comes back is what changed rather than a wall of images. A room the photo set skips entirely is a finding too, because a skipped room is the quietest way a missed clean survives.
  • Problem reporting. A cleaner reports what they notice and choose to write up. RapidEye covers the rest: the things nobody thought to report, or noticed at the end of a long day, or would rather you did not see.
  • Staff management and assignment. Because the job carries who was sent, findings roll up per cleaner and per property over time. That turns a vague sense that one crew is weaker into a list you can act on.

A finding names the property and the room, what kind of problem it is, how serious it looks, the two photos that show it, and a suggested next step. It arrives in the RapidEye dashboard and, for teams that ask, in Slack or an inbox too. Nothing changes inside Turnify: the job, the checklist, the schedule and the vendor assignment stay yours, and what you do about a finding, whether that is a callback, a charge or a conversation, is your decision. Teams that walk the property on video, or hold 3D scans, or want findings scored against an inspection form of their own get that set up with us.

How to connect Turnify to RapidEye

  1. Confirm the properties and jobs. Turnify creates jobs from the property's availability and keeps them in step with your bookings. Tell us which properties and which job types you want read; departure cleans are the usual starting point, with maintenance jobs following.
  2. Decide where the photos come from. If your cleaners photograph the job today, RapidEye reads those. If they do not, a RapidEye capture link is worked alongside the Turnify checklist: it opens on any phone, needs nothing installed, and asks for a fixed set of angles per room before the job is closed.
  3. Give RapidEye access to the account. Turnify publishes no self-serve path for adding an outside user, so this one is a short conversation rather than a form. The modal has what we need from you.

Your cleaners keep working the same jobs in the Vendor App, against the same checklists, on the same schedule.

What a Turnify job covers, and where the record stops

Checked against Turnify's live product pages, September 2026.

According to Turnify's own product documentation (turnify.com), the platform is built around five features, and the company describes itself as a housekeeping solutions provider for the Airbnb property servicing industry. It runs as two applications: a Host App at the manager's end and a Vendor App for the cleaning provider, each with its own login. Turnify's listing on Hostaway's partner marketplace (hostaway.com), written by Turnify, adds the origin story and the pitch: founded in 2016 as an automated short-term rental cleaning service under the name TidyHost, and built so a host can keep tabs on their team, their cleaning fees and their virtual inspections from anywhere in the world. The ledger below is the honest reading of what each documented feature settles on its own.

Auto Calendar SyncIntegrates with your other calendars so availability adjusts automatically as guests book. That the turnover is scheduled against the right stay. Nothing about the unit.
Auto Job SchedulingAssigns cleaning and maintenance tasks based on the property's availability and its specific requirements. That somebody was sent and when. Not what they found or left.
Advanced ChecklistsChecklists tailored to rental properties that guide cleaning staff through every essential task. That the person holding the phone said the task was done.
Staff ManagementAssign tasks to the cleaning team, track progress in real time, keep communication in one place.Who is where, and how far along. Attribution, not condition.
Problem ReportingA route for the crew to raise a problem from the job.The problems the cleaner chose to raise. Silence is not evidence of a clean unit.

Feature descriptions as published by Turnify. The right column is what each one can and cannot answer.

Does Turnify inspect the clean, or record it?

It records it, and the distinction is the whole reason this integration exists. Every one of the five features above is a coordination tool: the calendar decides when, the scheduler decides who, the checklist decides what to do, staff management tracks progress, problem reporting carries what the crew volunteers. None of them is a second pair of eyes on the room. The phrase Turnify uses for the host's side of that, virtual inspections, is exactly right about the need and honest about the mechanism: you are looking at what your cleaner sent you, from far away, when you have time. At two properties that works. At sixty it does not, because nobody opens the photos, and the ones nobody opens are the ones with the problem in them.

What we could not read, and what that means for setup

Turnify's live site is a single product page. The deeper articles that once described how its checklists carry photos, and how the host reviews them, no longer resolve on turnify.com, and there is no public help centre. So this page describes only what Turnify publishes today and does not claim a photo behaviour we could not read. In practice that costs you nothing: the connection starts with a short call in which we look at what your jobs already capture, and if the answer is not much, a RapidEye capture link fills the gap without touching your checklists.

Turnify integration FAQ

Does RapidEye integrate with Turnify?

Yes. RapidEye reads the property, the job dates and the photos your cleaners take on Turnify jobs, and returns a finding for every job that closes: what is damaged, what was not cleaned, what is missing, with the earlier photo of the same spot beside it. Your Turnify jobs, checklists, calendar sync and vendor assignments stay as they are. RapidEye writes nothing to Turnify.

Turnify already has advanced checklists. What does reading the photos add?

A checklist records what the cleaner says. Turnify's checklists are built for rental properties and walk the cleaner through every essential task, which is exactly what you want the crew working from. What a ticked list cannot tell you is whether the oven is clean, whether the lamp that was in the corner last week is still there, or whether the room was photographed at all. That is the question RapidEye answers, on every job rather than on the ones a guest complained about.

What if our cleaners do not attach photos to Turnify jobs today?

Then the photos come from a RapidEye capture link instead. It opens in the phone browser with nothing to install, walks the cleaner through a fixed set of angles per room, and is worked at the same point in the turnover as the Turnify checklist. Nothing about the job, the assignment or the schedule changes.

Does RapidEye work with the Turnify Vendor App or only the Host App?

Both, because RapidEye does not sit inside either one. Turnify runs a Host App for the host or manager and a Vendor App for the cleaning provider. Your cleaners keep working the job in the Vendor App the way they do now; RapidEye reads what the job produced and reports to you.

Can RapidEye tell which cleaner a problem belongs to?

Yes, when the job carries the assignment. A finding is tied to the property, the job dates and the person the job was assigned to, and RapidEye compares against the last known state of the same spot, so a mark that was already there is not attributed to this turnover and a new one is. That is what makes a damage claim or a conversation with a vendor hold up.

We record video walkthroughs rather than photos. Does that work?

Yes. RapidEye reads whatever documentation a team already produces, including video walkthroughs and 3D scans, and scores it against whatever standard you care about, including an inspection form of your own. If your input is not a still photo, that is a setup conversation, not a limit.

Other platforms that hand the turnover to a cleaning crew

Each of these schedules the clean and puts a list in the cleaner's hand, the way Turnify does. RapidEye reads whatever comes back from it.
