AI room inspection for Quore

RapidEye reads the photos your team attaches in Quore, on inspections, work orders and PM items, and returns a finding for every room: what is damaged, what was missed, what is not there any more.

Where photos live in Quore

Overview

Quore counts your inspection photos. It does not look at them. Its Inspection Item Detail Report gives you the room or location, whether the item passed or failed, who completed the inspection, any notes, and a count of photo attachments. The count is the end of the line: nobody at a 140-room select-service hotel opens forty images to see whether the bathroom mirror behind the checkmark is actually clean. RapidEye takes the other half. It reads the images your team already uploads in Quore, plus the room and the date they belong to, and returns one card per problem with the photos that show it.

Every photo, not a countEach image attached in Quore is read, whether the day produced twelve of them or twelve hundred.
A score, then the evidenceAn inspection score says a supervisor ticked the items. The finding says what the room looked like.
Quore stays the recordNo work order, cleaning, PM, template or score in Quore is changed. RapidEye reads and reports back.

How it works with Quore

Quore is not one app, it is a department's worth of them, and photos arrive from several at once. RapidEye follows those streams rather than asking anyone to work differently.

  • Inspections, including the daily property walk. A property walk or a brand-standard inspection carries photos and notes on its items. RapidEye reads them against what that same corridor, lobby or guestroom looked like the last twenty times it was walked, and flags the wall scuff that appeared this month rather than the one that has been there since the renovation.
  • PM inspection items. Quore lets an engineer attach several photos and a comment to a PM item, and carries those attachments into the work order or task a failed item creates. That is the richest condition history in the building, and RapidEye uses it as a baseline: what the mechanical closet, the bathroom fan, the guestroom door normally look like.
  • Work orders and guest requests. A photo on a work order shows what was fixed. RapidEye reads the before and the after and reports whether the room came back to standard, not just that the ticket closed.
  • Checkout, stayover and deep cleans. The Cleanings app inspects three cleaning types against a template and scores them. Where your team photographs those rooms, in Quore or anywhere else, RapidEye checks the room behind the score: an unmade sofa bed, a stained pillow protector, a bulb out, a kettle that is not there.
  • Whatever your brand actually audits. If your standard is a particular amenity set, a particular bed presentation or a particular outdoor area, that becomes the standard RapidEye checks each image against.

A finding names the room, the spot in it, the kind of problem, how serious it looks, the two images that show it, and a suggested next step. It lands in the RapidEye dashboard, and in a Slack channel or an inbox for housekeeping and engineering if you want it there. What happens next inside Quore, a work order, a room notice, a reinspection, stays your decision. Photos are only the easiest starting point: video walkthroughs, 3D scans and inspection formats of your own are all things we read, so if that is how your team documents rooms, say so on the call and we set it up that way.

How to connect Quore to RapidEye

  1. A Quore account with your rooms set up. A Quore account with your property built out in it: the rooms, the areas and the inspection templates your brand requires. Nothing about that setup changes.
  2. Photos, from wherever your team takes them. Quore documents photo uploads on inspections, on PM items and on work orders, and RapidEye reads those. If your cleaning inspections carry no images today, RapidEye supplies a capture link that opens in any phone browser: a fixed set of angles per room, lights on, taken before the room is called ready.
  3. A Quore login for RapidEye. A general manager, assistant general manager or operations manager can create Quore logins for any department. Add one for RapidEye; the modal has the details.

Where photos live in Quore, app by app

Checked against Quore's product, housekeeping and how-to pages, September 2026.

Quore is a cloud-based hotel operations and asset management platform with a desktop control panel and iOS and Android apps, built department by department: engineering, housekeeping, front desk, management, plus an above-property layer. Its own FAQ draws the line between the two halves. The mobile app is where you take action in real time; the desktop is where you build templates and look at records. Photos ride along with the action, which means where they land depends entirely on which app the person was in. According to Quore's product documentation (quore.com), the split looks like this.

InspectionsPhotos listed
Custom inspections, task assignment, customizable checklists, template management, photos and notes, reporting, daily property walks, security walks.
Preventative MaintenancePhotos listed
PM calendar, custom PM templates, PM inspections, comment and photo abilities, auto-triggered work orders, reporting.
Lost & FoundPhotos listed
Digital item tracking, photos, mobile alerts for missing items, location, a 90-day flag on outstanding items.
CleaningsNo photos listed
Custom cleaning inspections, checkout, stayover and deep clean inspections, deep clean tracking, inspection scoring, cleaning inspection reporting.
Rooms BookNo photos listed
Guestroom status summary, room statuses, room notices, room history records.
To DoNo photos listed
Daily task management, a prioritized list by role, callback reminders, and the guest requests, work orders, complaints, inspections, readings and PMs that feed it.

Feature lists as published by Quore for each app. The label records whether photos appear in that app's own list, not whether a photo is technically possible.

What happens to a photo after it is uploaded

Quore does move photos usefully in one direction. Its engineering documentation describes uploading several files, photos and comments to a PM inspection item from a phone, or by drag and drop on desktop, and says that when an item fails, every attachment on it appears automatically on the resulting work order or task, so the person doing the repair sees what the inspector saw. Work orders carry photos of the fix for the same reason. The chain ends there.

  • UploadedAttached to an inspection item, a PM item, a work order or a lost and found record, from the mobile app or the desktop.
  • CarriedA failed PM item passes its attachments to the work order or task it creates.
  • CountedThe Inspection Item Detail Report reports the room or location, pass or fail, who completed the inspection, the notes, and the number of photo attachments.
  • ReviewedBy a person, one image at a time, if anyone has the hour. This is the step RapidEye replaces. Every image, every room, every day, against what that room looked like before.

Does Quore tell you whether the room was really clean?

Not on its own, and it does not claim to. Quore's housekeeping pages describe inspection scores, task completion logs, brand-standard templates and documentation, and its management pages describe reports on pending items, failed items, completed inspections, inspection summaries and completed guestroom inspections, all exportable as CSV, XLS or PDF. Every one of those is a record of what a person recorded. The Cleanings app inspects checkouts, stayovers and deep cleans against a template someone ticks, with a score at the end; the premium Cleanings Plus adds breakout boards defined by time or by housekeeper credits, real-time monitoring, a notification when a room is ready for inspection, and a daily end-of-breakout report emailed to managers and executive housekeepers. That is a very good account of who did what, and when. It is not an account of the room. The photos are the one artifact in Quore that carries the room itself, and they are the one thing the reports reduce to a number. That is the gap this integration fills.

Quore integration FAQ

Does RapidEye integrate with Quore?

Yes. RapidEye reads the photos your team already attaches in Quore, on inspections, work orders and PM items, along with the room, the date and who uploaded them, and returns a finding for each one: what is damaged, what was not cleaned, what is missing from the room. Your Quore apps, templates, inspection scores and reports stay exactly as they are. RapidEye writes nothing back to Quore.

Does the Quore Cleanings app hold photos of a room clean?

Quore's own product page lists the Cleanings app features as custom cleaning inspections, checkout, stayover and deep clean inspections, deep clean tracking, inspection scoring and cleaning inspection reporting. Photos are listed under the Inspections app, the Preventative Maintenance app and Lost and Found, not under Cleanings. So a room can pass a cleaning inspection in Quore without a single image of it existing. If your team photographs rooms in another app, RapidEye reads those; if nobody photographs them, RapidEye supplies a capture link that opens in any phone browser with nothing to install.

Can RapidEye check a room that already passed a Quore inspection?

Yes, and that is the point. A Quore inspection score records that a supervisor ticked the items on a template. RapidEye reads the images of that room and reports what they show: a bed made wrong, a chipped nightstand, a dead bulb, a coffee kit never restocked. The finding names the room and the date so you know which door to open.

What does RapidEye do with the photos on a Quore work order or PM item?

It reads them as a record of the room over time. Quore documents photo and file uploads on PM inspection items, and states that when an item fails, the attachments carry into the resulting work order or task. RapidEye reads that same history to learn what each room normally looks like, then flags what changed. A crack photographed on a PM in March is not blamed on a guest in September.

Will RapidEye change anything in Quore?

No. Quore stays the system of record for every work order, request, cleaning, PM and inspection. RapidEye reads and reports. Findings land in the RapidEye dashboard and, if you want them there, in a Slack channel or an inbox for housekeeping and engineering. Whether a room goes back on a board, or a work order gets opened, is your call inside Quore.

Does this work across a portfolio, not just one hotel?

Yes. Quore already reports above property, with a portfolio grid view and company inspection trends. RapidEye works the same way: a finding belongs to a room at a property, and the same standard is applied at every property you connect, so a brand standard means the same thing at hotel one and hotel forty.
