Mitchell 1 has been shop management software for a long time, and Manager SE is where the estimate, the repair order, the parts catalog and the 180-plus reports live. OneFlow Inspections is the multi-point inspection, or MPI, that feeds it. According to Mitchell 1's product documentation (mitchell1.com), a technician works the inspection on a smartphone or tablet, capturing photos, videos and notes on each item, with annotation tools over the images; service advisors are alerted the moment an inspection is completed, findings flow into Job View to be priced, and a branded report goes out by text or email through an Online Authorization Portal where the customer approves or declines item by item. Follow the photo through those hands and you can see exactly where it stops being looked at.
Every stage is doing its job. The point is that no stage in the sequence has the task of asking what else is in the frame, because at each one the photo is supporting a decision that has already been made.

Does Mitchell 1 store the inspection photos, and can anything read them back?
It stores them, and nothing reads them back. Mitchell 1's documentation is explicit that photos, videos and technician notes attach to each inspection item, that images can be annotated with a wide range of tools, and that the annotated media travels to the customer inside the branded report. What none of its product pages describe is a second pass over that media: a way to search it, compare this visit's frames against the last, or ask whether anything in an accepted photo contradicts the checkbox above it. That is not a shortcoming of a shop management system, which is built to price and invoice work accurately, and Manager SE does that with more history behind it than almost anything else in the aftermarket.
