AI turnover inspection for Streamline

Read the photos your housekeepers and maintenance operators already attach in the PropertyCare apps, and get a finding for every unit marked clean and ready to check in.

Where PropertyCare photos go

Overview

Streamline captures photographs in half a dozen places and reviews them in none of them. A housekeeper working the PropertyCare housekeeping app can raise a work order with a few lines and pictures of the problem. A maintenance operator takes before and after pictures of the repair. A cleaner checklist can require an image on a specific task. Every one of those pictures is stored against the record it was taken on, and then it waits for a person who does not have the afternoon to open it. RapidEye reads the unit list and reservation dates from Streamline and the photos your teams are already taking, and returns a finding per unit tied to the stay it belongs to.

Every unit on the changeoverForty homes turning on the same Saturday get the same read, not the four somebody had time for.
Damage placed inside a stayThe last clean's photo and today's, with the Streamline reservation dates between them, so an owner or a guest charge has evidence.
Streamline stays the recordNo clean, work order, inspection or reservation is touched. RapidEye reads and reports back.

How it works with Streamline

Streamline splits property care across two mobile apps and three configurable inspection types, so the checks follow the same split. These are the common cases rather than the limits: RapidEye reads whatever documentation a team already produces, photographs, video walkthroughs or 3D scans, and reports against whatever standard you care about, so if your operation does something not listed here, ask rather than assume.

  • The clean that gets marked complete. A housekeeper works the list in the PropertyCare housekeeping app and clicks complete, which tells Streamline the unit is clean and ready to check in. RapidEye reads the photos from that unit and answers the question the click cannot: bed made wrong, bulb out, a shower screen nobody looked at, a stain in a corner that never made the frame.
  • Cleaner checklists with image uploads. Where you have configured a task to take a picture, the picture is the answer. RapidEye reads it against what that room looked like the last several times it was photographed, so a repeated or staged shot stops being invisible.
  • Work orders raised from a clean. The housekeeper adds a few lines and pictures of the problem. RapidEye reads the same pictures and returns severity and the room it belongs to, and it flags the damage in the frame that the note did not mention.
  • Maintenance before and after pictures. Streamline built those shots so managers can show owners the work. RapidEye reads the pair and says whether the after actually resolves the before, which is the version of that evidence an owner argument needs.
  • Custom inspections hung off a home. Streamline lets you build inspection types per unit and per role. RapidEye reads the images those inspections collect and adds the finding nobody wrote a question for, because a question list can only ask about what you already knew to worry about.
  • Condition drift between stays. A second crock pot appears, a chair moves rooms, a tea kit is removed and never replaced. RapidEye holds a baseline per room per unit and reports the differences, which is exactly the class of problem no housekeeper can be expected to memorise across a portfolio.

A finding names the unit, the room, the spot in the room, the kind of problem, how serious it is, the photos on both sides, and a suggested next step. It lands in the RapidEye dashboard, and in a Slack channel or an inbox for the property care office if that suits you better. What happens next in Streamline is your call: force the re-clean, raise the work order, block the unit. If you want a specific check or a different kind of input covered, a video walkthrough per turn or an inspection format of your own, that is something we set up with you.

How to connect Streamline to RapidEye

  1. A Streamline account with the units on PropertyCare. Tell us which homes you want covered. Owner-blocked homes and units you do not service stay out.
  2. The photos your teams already attach. Image uploads on cleaner checklists, pictures on a work order, maintenance before and after shots. For homes where nothing requires an image today, RapidEye sends a capture link that opens on any phone with no app to install: a fixed set of angles per room, lights on, taken before the unit is marked complete.
  3. Tell us you run Streamline. Your company name in Streamline and roughly how many units. We set the connection up with your team, and your housekeepers keep the same app in the same language.

Where a photograph goes once it is taken in Streamline

Checked against Streamline's product documentation, September 2026.

Streamline is a long-established vacation rental platform, and PropertyCare is the half of it your field teams live in: a housekeeping app, a maintenance app, work order management, clean scheduling and labour logging. According to Streamline's product documentation (streamlinevrs.com), the housekeeping app defaults to the language set on the phone, English or Spanish, shows a housekeeper which homes they need to clean, and lets them click complete so the system knows the unit is clean and ready to check in. The maintenance app assigns tasks to operators or outside vendors, logs hours and parts, and links to the housekeeping side. Between the two, a picture can be attached in six distinct places.

  1. Cleaner checklistPropertyCare housekeeping appStep-by-step tasks for the cleaning team with optional image uploads and required responses. Streamline says checklists display when a unit is marked Pending.
  2. Work order from a cleanPropertyCare housekeeping appThe housekeeper finds something wrong, clicks to add a work order, enters a few lines and attaches pictures of the problem. Work orders entered in Spanish are translated for the system user.
  3. Housekeeping inspectionTeam leadUsed by leads to review a completed clean, verify quality and flag issues before guests arrive. The lead can close the cleaning or force a re-clean.
  4. Maintenance inspectionPropertyCare maintenance appCustom inspections built per home, run monthly if you want them monthly, kept as a history of what has happened in that unit.
  5. Before and after repair shotsMaintenance operator or vendorTaken while the work is done, explicitly so a manager can show the pictures to the owner.
  6. Asset inventoryOwner appLarger items such as televisions inventoried with pictures, pricing and photographs of the original receipts, so a replacement does not start with a phone call to the owner.
Reviewed byWhoever opens them. Streamline compiles inspection results into customisable, printable, unit-level reports and can push them out automatically with a document trigger, but a report carries the answers that were given, not a second opinion on the photograph attached to them.

Work orders themselves move through a small set of states a head operator can filter on, and the same operator can assign an operator or a vendor, set a priority, and block out a unit outright when the problem is serious enough.

Does Streamline let you require a photo on a clean?

Yes, and more precisely than most systems in its category. Streamline calls the mechanism Inspection Class Logic: you create distinct inspection types for cleaners, housekeeping leads and maintenance techs, so each person only sees what is relevant to them, and it is customisable down to the questions, the images and the permissions assigned per inspection type. An Inspection Questions Manager standardises those inspections across a portfolio, requires photo evidence for specific tasks, and applies unique configurations to specific homes or scenarios. So the capture problem is solved in Streamline. The review problem is not: none of the documentation describes anything that opens the resulting photograph, compares it to the last one taken in that room, or contradicts a completed checklist. That is the half RapidEye adds, and it is why the integration gets more useful the more inspection classes you have already configured.

Streamline integration FAQ

Does RapidEye integrate with Streamline?

Yes. RapidEye reads the unit list and reservation dates from Streamline and the photos your teams already attach in the PropertyCare apps, on cleaner checklists, on housekeeping and maintenance inspections, and on work orders, then returns a finding per unit: damage, a missed clean, a missing item, or a maintenance issue, with the photos behind it. Nothing in Streamline is changed.

Where do PropertyCare photos go once a housekeeper uploads them?

They stay attached to the record they were taken on. Streamline documents image uploads on cleaner checklists, pictures on a work order raised from the housekeeping app, before and after pictures taken by maintenance operators, and photos of assets and receipts in the owner app. Inspection results compile into printable reports and can be pushed out by document trigger. What no Streamline screen does is compare this week's photo of a room against last week's.

Can RapidEye check a unit that a housekeeper already marked clean and ready?

Yes, and that is the point of the integration. In the PropertyCare housekeeping app the housekeeper clicks complete, which tells Streamline the unit is clean and ready to check in. RapidEye reads the photos taken in that unit and either confirms the claim or contradicts it, naming the room, the spot and the kind of problem so a head housekeeper knows which of the day's units is worth a drive.

Does RapidEye replace Streamline inspections?

No. Streamline's Inspection Class Logic decides what your teams are asked to do and Streamline keeps the answers. RapidEye reads the evidence those inspections produce and adds the part a question list cannot cover: what is in the photo that nobody thought to ask about, and what changed since the last time the unit was photographed.

Our housekeepers work in Spanish. Does that matter?

No. The PropertyCare housekeeping app defaults to the language set on the phone, English or Spanish, and Streamline translates a work order entered in Spanish for the system user. Your housekeepers keep the same app in the same language. RapidEye reads the photographs, which do not need translating, and writes its findings in the language your office works in.

We run several hundred units. Is a large Streamline portfolio a problem?

The opposite. A portfolio that size is where photo review breaks down first, because a Saturday changeover produces more pictures than an office can open before the next check-in. Every unit is read on the same standard, and the dashboard ranks what needs a person rather than asking you to sample.
