Yes, an official one. Hospitable launched its hosted MCP server in April 2026 and describes it as "the first official MCP server from a short-term rental platform." It lives at https://mcp.hospitable.com/mcp, authenticates with OAuth, and exposes more than 50 tools covering properties, reservations, messaging, financials, tasks, and connected smart devices.
What exists today
Hospitable announced the server on April 2, 2026 in its changelog and has been expanding it quickly since, adding Knowledge Hub access, calendar notes, and smart device control in the weeks after launch. According to Hospitable's help center, it's available on the Host, Professional, Mogul, and Legacy plans (not Essentials), and only primary account holders or full-access admins can connect an AI agent.
The practical note: the official server can read and write. Messages sent through MCP are delivered to guests immediately, and calendars and settings can be changed. That's powerful for automation, but if you want an assistant that can only look, our guide also shows a minimal read-only server you run yourself.
The hosted API route
If what you actually want is programmatic access without hosting anything yourself, the RapidEye API exposes Hospitable as a hosted connector: credential handling and platform quirks live on our side, and your tool or agent calls one consistent surface. Worth knowing before you build and babysit your own server.
